5 Tips on Setting Boundaries (& Why It's Important!)
Ever since Brian got me a blender for my birthday, I’ve been making more smoothies than ever. Now that we are on Week 2 of Ramadan and I need to find a way to consume “filling” meals at 3:30am, having smoothies ready has been a huge life-saver (plus, I’m not THAT neighbor blending pre-dawn LOL).
Here are a few variations I’ve been making and loving so far!
Super basic, but this one keeps me full! I love it to start my fast and/or as a dessert option at night.
This is my usual go-to post-workout!
This has been one of my favs lately mainly due to the flavored greens plus I love matcha!
If you want to combine coffee and smoothie vibes, this one’s pretty good! I usually like to drink my coffee on its own, but this smoothie is nice every now and then plus it helps me stay full.
Aside from smoothies, I’m also juicing-ish. I say this loosely bc I do NOT have a juicer. I just blend the ingredients with water, which makes it more “juicy.”
That’s all I’ve experimented with so far! I’ll keep you posted with more when I explore 🙂
