It has been one of those weeks where I’ve been in dire need of caffeine. I’ve been trying to limit my coffee intake, so I decided to switch things up for a bit.
I’ve always been a huge fan of Starbucks’ Iced Green Tea Latte (w/ soy milk), but I treat it as an indulgence – more than an everyday type thing.

The combo of matcha and collagen adds to the thickness and consistency of my matcha latte, which is how I like it. You can do it however you like your lattes, but for my first-time matcha latte, I can honestly say it’s delicious. Next up, maybe matcha pancakes? Who wants to see me try?! LOL.
