If you’ve been following along on Instagram, you know my obsession with keto coffee. In other words, mocha heaven. No, I’m not on the keto diet but somehow I am in love with these keto coffee vibes and wanted to share it with you all!
To be honest, I have never been an avid coffee fan. I’ve always been a matcha or tea type of girl including the occasional instant mix. I mean, I wasn’t into the whole “buy some beans, grind them, figure out the rest” situation, so when I was first introduced to this keto coffee, I was SOLD.
First things first, if you’re anything like me (aka super into lazy girl hacks!), you should know this keto coffee mix is INSTANT. SO yes you can stick to your bulletproof, but who really has the time to buy all of the ingredients separately? (not me!)
Now that we’ve discussed its logistics, let’s talk BENEFITS. So, here are its key ingredients:
