5 Tips on Setting Boundaries (& Why It's Important!)
Happy Spring/Summer (what is the real difference really?) I’ve been enjoying some R&R in my home (Los Angeles, CA) and spending time with the fam (baby nephew!!), and I hope you’ve been enjoying your vacay as well!
I wanted to share some of my favorite ways to drink. No, I don’t mean alcohol. I mean, good ol’ water.
I am a huge water drinker. I believe fluid consumption is super essential, so I wanted to share my favorite tip for staying hydrated.
You all already know my obsession with greens. I’ve posted on Instagram and snapped about it.
First, you know I love eating my greens. There’s no doubt about that (kale, anyone?)
BUT when I found out about this super quick efficient way of consuming my greens, I jumped on board. Staying hydrated is just as hip as checking out that new workout studio. So many of you have asked me how I’ve been incorporating greens into my life and this is it.
I’m always on the go, so I always make sure to save some on-the-go packets in my bag. I mean, seriously, in ONE single packet, you get to alkalize, balance, and detoxify your body with all of the fruits, veggies, herbs, and superfoods in it.
I’m all for it.
So here’s the deal – the kind I get has three flavors. They’re berry, orange, and chocolate.
Personally, I’ve only tried the berry and chocolate flavors, and I’ve never looked back since. I use berry on-the-go packets in my morning routine. It’s quick and easy, I simply mix them with water. You can also mix it with lemonade or iced tea for a berry-infused type drink.
For the chocolate one, I usually blend it with banana, peanut butter, almond milk, and maca powder.
And if you run out of greens, I always make sure to have fresh greens to blend to get my nutrients in.
Either way, you get your greens in and it’s super efficient.
