5 Tips on Setting Boundaries (& Why It's Important!)
AAAHHH, so excited for the holidays. I’m all about food, fun, and family time (although I’m not sure I’ll be able to fly home this year *tears*). I asked people on IG what they want to see, so I’m going to first start with a fitness gift guide!
Don’t get me started on greens! I especially love the chocolate greens to go with my keto coffee bc it adds a mocha taste to it AND gives me my daily servings of fruits/veggies/superfoods! Super simple to add to your smoothies, coffee, water, milk, etc.
Okay, here’s a great stocking stuffer option. Anything from TB12 is fire. One of TB12’s latest items is the Nutrition Box, filled with a ton of goodies. You can also individually purchase protein powder or snacks to fit into those stockings!! Personally, I recommend this for ANY Pats fan, but tbh, Brady is the GOAT sooooo love him or hate him, his TB12 method is still amazing for ANY fitness enthusiast out there 😉 I also love Tone It Up’s snacks! My favorite is their brownie bites and their birthday cake bars!
Often, we think about pre- and during our workouts, but our “after” is always neglected. Hydrate+ is another favorite of mine! It’s perfect as a gym sidekick or the perfect cure after a night out of drinking 🙂 Think Gatorade but way better. It has 6 essential electrolytes for daily hydration support and assists with recovery while providing nutrients! Simply mix with water and you have yourself a yummy lemon drink!
I can’t decide on a specific brand, but lately I’ve been a fan of Athleta, Old Navy, GymShark, and Barry’s Bootcamp workout gear. I’m not one to usually commit to a specific studio since I’m more of a gym type of girl, but man do I love those studio clothes!! Their branding is always on point. And oh, let’s not sleep on Amazon. Their workout gear is SO cute and just as fire as those name brands!
Okay, you’ve probably seen me rave all about ThermofightX. As I’m getting older, I know my metabolism has been SO slow, which is why I’m OBSESSED with tfx!! Now, I personally would NOT recommend any product I haven’t tried. I’ve been using tfx for a couple of months now and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my energy levels and sugar cravings.

I honestly would LOVE a foam roller as a gift. It’s perfect for anyone who’s looking to simply work on their recovery. I definitely have been shopping around for a foam roller but haven’t exactly brought myself to purchase one just yet. LOL.
I usually carry my workout clothes in my backpack, but it would be nice to have a designated workout bag! So far, I have my eyes on these duffel bags: Lululemon, this Madewell, and Dagne Dover. They’re all super cute and spacious.
I’ve also been loving Love Sweat Fitness’ bottle. It has the water tracker right on it, so anyone can be on track with his/her goals 🙂

Tone It Up has such good recipes! And for someone who’s interested in learning about macros or just learning how to modify their meals without completely making the switch, I like RP nutrition templates! Growing up with white rice and carbs overload, it was difficult culturally to give up my fav childhood meals just to live a healthier lifestyle. After following one of my fav fitness trainers Anne Phung for a while, I learned that you don’t have to completely revamp your whole nutrition!
I also love the idea of looking up local trainers in your area! I’m all for supporting small businesses 🙂 My friend Jasmin Pinto is in the LA area, so if you know someone who has been looking for personal training, get him/her a session or two! I also know a lot of girls love Kayla Itsine’s BBG workouts plus Love Sweat Fitness. Their workouts and branding are super aesthetically pleasing as well, so that could be motivating!
