Who else loves fall? I’m currently watching the Pats vs. Giants game chilling in bed googling all the fall festivities bc it’s October 10th and I still have not done one fall activity… unless you count eating pumpkin coconut broth ramen as one?

In hopes of hopefully going apple picking weather permitting and apple availability, I’ve decided not to put all my eggs in one basket and just do what’s best for me — drink a PSL, wear a cozy sweater, and call it a day.

Okay, JK I admit that I’m Team Cider over Team PSL until just recently. Full disclosure, I have NEVER had a PSL in my life. Ever. One day, the company (that I’m a brand rep for) released a brand new KETO COFFEE in pumpkin spice flavor!!

At first, I was NOT sold. Like no thanks, I’ll stick to pumpkin pie.

…I was wrong. First things first, while the coffee’s in K-cups, you do NOT need a Keurig. You can just open the tab and mix with hot water. Add some whipped topping and a dash of cinnamon and BAM, you got yourself a PSL. THAT IS IT. I usually just mix with water bc I’m lazy tbh, but even with water alone, it tastes delicious and KEEPS ME FULL!

The ease of making it isn’t even the best part. This is basically skinny coffee, less calories and less sugar without compromising the taste. It burns fat and helps me curb cravings, like YES PLZ! I’m all for a good fall wake-me-up dessert without feeling bloated after.
