5 Tips on Setting Boundaries (& Why It's Important!)
How is everyone’s summer coming along? Boston has been super hot & humid, so we’ve been trying to stay cool. Brian and I have been finding creative ways to kill time last weekend and for some reason, we ended up at TJ Maxx, Whole Foods, and Starbucks all in the same plaza. (Can you tell we like efficiency?) Apparently, our dates now consist of random errands that are deemed “quarantine-safe,” so literally trying to do chores and such. And of course like most of our dinner dates, we ended up with ingredients for a summer recipe – shrimp tacos with peach salsa 🙂 I personally have never tried peach salsa until this. I didn’t know what to expect, but I figured since I love mango salsa, a little experimenting wouldn’t hurt, right?

I’ve never had peach salsa before, and I absolutely love it. It was super refreshing and light on the tummy. Shoutout to Whole Foods for not having mangos, or we wouldn’t have experimented with peaches 🙂 Haha, super simple. Let me know how you like it and please share some of your summer recipes.
