5 Tips on Setting Boundaries (& Why It's Important!)
How are you holding up? Personally, I’m hanging in there still missing my fam as always, but thank God for FaceTime, right?
Anyway, I recently shared that reading has been helping me immensely during this time and helping me refrain from staring at a screen, so I thought I’d share a few of my current favorite books ranging from memoirs to fiction.
It’s funny bc I haven’t been this avid of a reader since I was in high school.
Post-college, I would take a YEAR to finish one book. I recently flipped a switch and saw a way to use books to escape into a “different world.”
Currently, memoirs have been a bit more difficult to read only bc it seems “too real,” so I’ve been pivoting towards more fiction + literature. I am part of my friend Milana’s book club but lately, I’ve been reading 2 books at once depending on my mood and how far I’ve gotten for book club. Sometimes, I like to switch things up between a memoir and fiction, you know?
Here are a few of my favs so far + what’s currently on my bookshelf!
