5 Tips on Setting Boundaries (& Why It's Important!)
Happy New Year, lovelies!!
In light of the new year, it’s the perfect time to not only reflect but to also celebrate your wins. Aside from the wins, I know that it can be hard at times to keep pushing forward however especially when you’ve been on a “plateau” for quite some time now, but just know it’s totally okay to feel “stuck.”
Trust me, we’ve all been there. We’re not all perfectly moving towards our goals, and if we were, it would be a boring life, no? Here are some ways that could help get you out of this funk:
Overall, while the new year may symbolize a sense of renewal, please don’t feel pressured to have to change your ways beginning Jan 1st. Whatever you want to change or tweak can be done at ANY time; you can do it today, tomorrow, next month. It can be overwhelming to set up resolutions especially when everyone’s trying to renew themselves, so do it on your timeline.
I personally have a “Vision Journal” where I jot down micro goals every single day for me to accomplish (basically, guaranteed wins!). Comment or message me if you’d like me to go more in details about that, but for now – just know you are capable of adapting your mindset no matter what and no matter when.
