5 Tips on Setting Boundaries (& Why It's Important!)
All winter break, there has been one consistent staple in our pantry: turmeric. Turmeric has a ton of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory components, so it is no wonder that this is becoming a huge trend. I didn’t see it before, but growing up, I’d see my mom drinking some yellow drink. Turns out, she was making these golden drinks since way back when. I used to think she was a little weird for liking turmeric, but now, I love it in my food, my lattes, and yup — on my face!
Today, my mom uses it in literally everything, so I thought why not share some super simple at-home remedies with you all in case you’d be interested?
I know they’re all super simple, but you know me — I’m all about doing the most in a very basic way LOL.
Ideally, you can mix all the ingredients above the same way and use either a brush or your fingers to apply the mask onto your face. Be weary though that it is known to leave a stain, so be sure to wear some old clothes AND be aware that your face WILL be yellow/orange for some time. It is not permanent, but I wouldn’t recommend doing one of these remedies before a big event!
Anyway, that’s it for my super short post but just wanted to keep this short and sweet.
Happy masking & stay golden 😉
